Based in California, we are opening a new warehouse in Cincinnati, OH area. Overview We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate with expertise in pick, pack, and ship operations to join our logistics team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, efficient materials handling, and timely shipment of products. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse skills, and a keen eye for quality control to support our fast-paced distribution center. Duties Accurately pick items using RF scanners and order picker equipment according to order specifications Pack products securely, ensuring proper packaging materials are used to prevent damage during transit Operate warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory movements and update stock levels Prepare shipments for delivery by verifying order accuracy, labeling packages correctly, and coordinating with shipping carriers Conduct quality control checks on picked and packed items to maintain high standards of order accuracy and product integrity Assist with stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and maintaining organized storage areas for optimal workflow Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations, including picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and inventory management Proficiency with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), and heavy equipment operation such as forklifts and reach trucks Knowledge of materials handling techniques, mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation, and safety procedures Ability to perform and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Prior experience with warehouse supervisor responsibilities or leadership roles is a plus Strong attention to detail for quality control and order accuracy Excellent organizational skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols Excellent communication skills for working with our California team. Chinese Mandarin is a plus to communicate with our China warehouse.
