We're hiring in Cincinnati, OH, 45044 for a Material Handling & Inventory Support — CTL Operations role. If you enjoy staying active, supporting production, and keeping things organized, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Pitch in on day-to-day facility activities, always with safety top of mind. Back up the CTL team by helping with inventory tracking and light equipment care. Load and unload materials to keep work moving on schedule. Maintain a clean, orderly workspace to reduce risk and improve flow. Follow established safety guidelines and procedures consistently. Join training sessions to expand your skills and knowledge. Share updates and flag issues to teammates and supervisors promptly. What Helps You Succeed High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in manufacturing or a warehouse environment is a plus. Sharp attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Capable of lifting heavy items and handling physical work. Clear communicator and strong team player. Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-moving setting. Familiarity with basic safety practices in the workplace.
