Warehouse Associate

We are hiring Warehouse Associates for a global logistics company in Lockbourne, OH (South Columbus). These are temp-to-hire positions.

Job Overview:

Full-Time (temp-to-hire) | $21.00-$23.50/hr (Depending on Shift) Looking for a hands-on job with great pay and steady, full-time hours? Join our team as a Data Center Warehouse Associate! No IT background required — if you're reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we'll train you. You'll help build and move server equipment inside a clean, modern warehouse/data center environment. The Data Center Warehouse Associate is responsible for unloading/loading server racks and server components by hand and pallet jack, regularly/repeatedly lifting 35-50 lbs. This role also involves basic assembly using hand tools and power tools. This is a job where you will be on your feet and moving the majority of the day!

Maintenance & Safety:

Perform cleanup activities in the work area to ensure safety and cleanliness Push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday.

Deliverables & Achievables:

Daily adherence to safety and process procedures. Punctuality and reliability. Attention to detail and a focus on quality. Flexibility and ability to cross-train in multiple departments within the datacenter.

Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent customer service skills Ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with different working groups. Hours/Pay Rates and Shifts (Subject to Change Based on Availability): Monday-Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm = $21.00/HR Monday-Friday from 2:00pm-10:30PM = $23.00/HR Monday-Thursday from 8:00pm-6:30am = $23.50/HR Thursday-Sunday from 6:00am-4:30pm = $23.00/HR Thursday-Sunday from 6:00pm-4:30am = $23.50/HR If interested, please apply on Indeed!
