Starting at $17.00/hour (with increases based on performance and experience)

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM start , 40 hours/week with some overtime About the Job Spring Hill Skid is hiring dependable, hard-working individuals to join our team as shop laborers. This role focuses on assembling skids and supporting shop operations in a steady, indoor work environment. No prior experience is required—we're willing to train the right person. Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor daily Ability to lift, carry, and work on your feet throughout the day Willingness to learn and take direction Dependable and consistent attendance Positive attitude and strong work ethic Growth Opportunity Employees will begin with manual labor tasks With training and demonstrated ability, equipment operation may be introduced over time Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $17.00/hour (with increases based on performance) Overtime paid at time-and-a-half after 40 hours Paid Time Off (accrues starting at hire) Paid training
