What You'll Do Warehouse & Production:

Fabricate glass block windows and assist with order fulfillment to ensure smooth production workflows.

Materials Management:

Handle the movement of materials, load/unload delivery trucks, and maintain precise inventory control.

Field Installations:

Work alongside our specialized field crews assisting with glass block window installations and bathroom remodeling projects.

Equipment Operations:

Safely and effectively operate forklifts, power tools, and hand tools.

Safety & Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly follow safety protocols to ensure an accident-free environment. What You'll Bring (Qualifications)

License Requirements:

Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Background:

Prior experience in a construction, assembly, or warehouse environment is preferred.

Tool Skills:

Experience operating hand tools, power tools, or forklifts is highly desirable.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to succeed in a physically demanding role, including lifting heavy loads and standing for long periods.

Strong attention to safety, a detail-oriented mindset, and excellent team communication skills.

Reliability:
