Schedule:

Combination of 7:00 AM-4:00 PM and 10:00 AM-7:00 PM You Bring the Grit. We'll Bring the Good Stuff. We don't need another warm body. We need a material-handling beast. Requirements:

5+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes Ability to lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members Hands-on leadership style with willingness to work alongside the team on daily warehouse operations Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to monitor team performance and drive productivity improvements Ability to lift up to 60 lbs as needed Ability to stand and remain active throughout the workday Experience with warehouse safety procedures and operational best practices

Job Duties:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory, shipping, receiving, and order pulling Lead and support warehouse associates to achieve productivity and service goals Monitor inventory accuracy and warehouse organization Manage employee performance, training, scheduling, and development Assist with hands-on warehouse tasks as needed to support operations Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards Collaborate with management to support overall operational success
