Full Job Description Job Overview:
Dependable Freight Carriers LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Technician to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will help ensure accurate inventory handling, timely shipment processing, safe material movement, and efficient warehouse organization in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming freight shipments Prepare outgoing orders for shipment and verify shipping documentation Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts Monitor warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards Label, sort, and stage products for distribution Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse staff to meet delivery schedules Identify damaged goods and report inventory discrepancies Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with company procedures Support loading and unloading activities as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, logistics, or freight handling experience is an advantage Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs Basic computer and inventory tracking skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and within a team environment Forklift certification is a plus Flexible schedule availability, including overtime when required
Pay:
$22.80 - $25.00 per hour
