Job Description

Immediate opening for a Warehouse/Shipping Specialist in the Dayton, OH area! We are positioned to be your one-stop staffing resource for all your hiring & employment needs from entry-level to executive, spanning across all industries.
Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Specialist to support daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. This role ensures products move in and out efficiently, safely, and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process domestic & international shipments Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials Pick, pack, label, and stage orders for shipment Verify shipments against orders and maintain accurate records Coordinate with carriers and schedule pickups Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, hand truck) Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse/shipping experience required Strong attention to detail and organization skills Experience with inventory systems (SAGE preferred) Basic knowledge of shipping procedures, hazmat a plus Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:
Warehouse setting with varying temperatures; may require standing, lifting, and occasional overtime.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30
PM Pay:
