We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Stock Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. Schedule Full-Time | 1st Shift Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Position Overview The Stock Receiving Associate plays an important role in keeping our warehouse organized and our inventory accurate. This position is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, verifying products in our inventory system, stocking merchandise in the correct locations, and assisting in other areas of the warehouse as needed. We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Responsibilities Load and unload incoming shipments safely and carefully. Receive and verify incoming products according to company procedures. Check products against packing lists and inventory information. Accurately enter and track received inventory in the system. Stock products in their correct warehouse locations. Identify misplaced products and return them to the appropriate location. Immediately report damaged or incorrect products to management. Repackage or securely tape product boxes when necessary. Remove empty boxes and keep aisles and work areas clean and organized. Assist with picking and preparing customer orders when needed. Package automotive parts for shipment. Stack and wrap completed orders on pallets for carrier pickup. Assist in other areas of the warehouse as business needs require. Follow all company warehouse and safety procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse, receiving, stocking, or inventory experience preferred. Experience using RF scanners or inventory systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer skills. Ability to read and accurately match product and part numbers. Dependable with a strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Must be able to bend, twist, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Valid driver's license required.
