Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Labor / Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for operating or assisting various industrial machinery or working with our assembly team, ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently. Your hands-on approach and mechanical aptitude will contribute to maintaining high-quality standards and safety compliance across all operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while supporting the creation of top-tier products. All Roles are welcome to apply. General Labor Entry-level manufacturing position performing general labor throughout the facility. Duties include packing, assembling, sorting, inspecting, palletizing, housekeeping, material handling, and assisting production as needed. Able to stand and walk for a 10-hour shift Frequently lift up to 50 lbs. Maintain a safe work environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Machine Assistant Assists machine operators in the setup and operation of corrugated converting equipment. Responsibilities include staging materials, feeding corrugated sheets into machines, removing and stacking finished product, performing quality checks, changing bundles, assisting with machine setup, and keeping the work area organized. Strong mechanical aptitude Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment Able to accurately identify quality issues Works well as part of a production team Able to learn machine setup procedures and follow production instructions Machine Operator Experienced corrugated machine operator capable of independently setting up, adjusting, operating, troubleshooting, and producing quality product on corrugated converting equipment while meeting production and safety standards. Previous corrugated manufacturing experience required Experience operating converting equipment (FFG, Rotary Die Cutter, Folder Gluer, Flatbed Die Cutter, etc.) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment Able to accurately identify quality issues Works well as part of a production team Able to perform machine setups and changeovers independently Read production orders and understand box specifications Perform quality inspections and machine adjustments Troubleshoot mechanical and production issues Maintain production efficiencies while minimizing waste Join us in creating high-quality products through skilled machine operation and dedicated craftsmanship! $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
