Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm (2) 15 min paid breaks and (1) 30 min unpaid lunch

Pay Rate:

Starting up to $17.25/hr

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following : Ability to learn and follow work instructions Perform and adhere to Lock Out Tag Out safety standards Meet / Exceed production standards Excellent time management and communication skills Ability to work both independently and with a team Self-Motivated Follows Company safety and department policies and procedures Maintains neat and clean work environment following 5S methodology Makes recommendations to continually improve processes Performs other duties as assigned

High School diploma / GED preferred Proven commitment to quality compliance and productivity Knowledge of company safety, OSHA and department policies and procedures including Lock Out Tag Out Good applied interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to read and comprehend basic English and perform basic math functions including reading a tape measure Ability to be self-motivated

Workplace Experience:

Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.

Ergonomic Requirements:
