Afternoon Shift Material Handler

Company Description Ludlow Composites Corporation is a 80+ year old leading manufacturer of PVC and latex foam products. Job Information The unit material handler is responsible for supplying the unit with process materials, packaging materials, transporting finished goods to the warehouse and providing assistance to any phase of the operation as needed. The hours are 5PM - 3AM (Monday - Thursday) Must be able to work overtime as needed Ensures all safety precautions are followed Ensures work area is cleaned and stocked daily Supplies unit with skids and packaging material Assists with unit start-up, shutdown and clean-up Cuts and preps skids for shipment of material Performs cycle counts of unit supplies and ensures they are stored in dedicated locations. Standards and ensures processes are in compliance with quality requirements. Must pass a background screen (7 years) Must pass drug screen Qualifications & Required Skills Ability to read and write effectively; good communication skills. Ability to use physical exertion such as prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching and climbing; ability to lift up to 50lbs. repeatedly.
