Core Responsibilities Ensure all order details are correct prior to customer pickup. Provide support to clients during the order collection process to ensure a positive experience. Prepare, pack, and organize customer orders for shipment. Contribute to a tidy and well-maintained facility. Manage the movement and arrangement of stock. Help keep the warehouse environment orderly and safe for all staff. Support the team in receiving and processing new inventory while strictly adhering to all safety protocols. Execute various warehouse tasks as directed by management. Assist with any additional operational needs as they arise. Skills and Prerequisites Capacity to lift weights of up to 50 lbs. Prior background in warehouse operations is helpful but not mandatory. High level of precision and focus on detail. Effective interpersonal and communication abilities to assist our customers. Consistent reliability and a strong commitment to being on time. Experience operating a forklift or pallet jack is considered an advantage.
