Job Duties Operate reach trucks and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Receive, store, move, replenish, and stage materials throughout the facility Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment Stack, palletize, and secure products for storage and transportation Perform inventory transactions with accuracy and attention to detail Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock verification Inspect equipment and report safety or maintenance concerns Follow safety, quality, and warehouse procedures at all times Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support multiple warehouse departments as needed Preferred Qualifications Previous experience operating reach trucks in distribution centers or warehouse environments is preferred. Forklift certification or experience operating additional powered industrial equipment is beneficial. Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or inventory software is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, dependability, and strong teamwork are well positioned for success as a Material Handler. Warehouse/Logistics Physical Capabilities Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift. Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required. Ability to safely work in warehouse environments with elevated storage racks and moving equipment.
