Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented warehouse associate / Parts fulfillment associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, handling, and preparing parts for shipment in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack parts according to order specifications Verify part numbers, quantities, and quality before shipment Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, scanners, or forklifts (if certified) Load orders onto trucks for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment Follow company safety procedures and guidelines Report any discrepancies or damaged goods Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Basic computer or handheld scanner experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Experience with SOS inventory preferred but not required Skills & Attributes Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic Team-oriented mindset Good communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
