Production Support Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable team member to support daily operations across multiple departments. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and learning new skills in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily operations across multiple departments Support warehouse tasks including material handling, staging, and inventory organization Assist with shipping and receiving, including loading/unloading trucks and verifying shipments Support fabrication activities such as material prep, assisting machine operators, and basic assembly Perform inspection support tasks including sorting, cleaning, and preparing parts Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S standards Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE Perform general labor tasks including lifting, moving materials, and operating basic equipment Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in multiple areas Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team Basic understanding of workplace safety High School Diploma or Equivalent
