Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Associate for primarily Shipping to join our warehouse team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through accurate receiving, proper storage, and timely shipping. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management systems, order fulfillment, and equipment operation. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment supporting e-commerce, distribution and procurement operations. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damages Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, inspecting, packing, and labeling orders accurately Operate warehouse equipment to process stock efficiently Manage stock levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Maintain organized storage areas for easy access and inventory accuracy Assist with order picking, packing, and order fulfillment processes for e-commerce orders Ensure all shipping activities comply with company policies and safety standards Support warehouse distribution operations by coordinating stock movements and updates Perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, measurements, and order processing Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse management, shipping & receiving, or distribution is preferred Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable Ability to operate pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy required Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and data entry tasks Experience with order picking & packing for e-commerce platforms is a plus Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods during shift hours Prior warehouse experience involving stock management, order fulfillment, or load/unload operations is preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to climb rolling and step ladders Manual dexterity for handling small items Work Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Paid holidays Retirement plan Benefits are available after a waiting period.
