Warehouse & Order Fulfillment Assistant Entry-level
- We train the craft
- Johnstown, OH
- On-site
- Full-time About Racing Sport Concepts Since 2007, Racing Sport Concepts has built premium carbon-fiber aerodynamics and accessories for serious car enthusiasts.
Our reputation lives on three words: Function, Fit & Finish. We sell directly to discerning buyers who notice every edge and every finish line. Our parts fit the C8 Corvette (Stingray, Z06, E-Ray, ZR1, Grand Sport), BMW M5, and Porsche GT3 RS. The role This is an entry-level position, and we'll train you. You'll work alongside our warehouse manager and operations manager learning to receive, inspect, pack, and ship large, fragile, high-value carbon-fiber parts — and over time, to repair and finish them by hand. No experience with carbon fiber is required; what we need is someone careful, reliable, and eager to learn a real craft. Get good at it and there's room to grow. What you'll do Receive and help inspect inbound carbon-fiber parts for damage and finish defects before they're shelved or shipped Pick, pack, and ship customer orders (parcel and freight/LTL); package fragile, oversized parts so they arrive perfect Match the right part to the right vehicle — fitment is specific and unforgiving Help keep inventory accurate and the workspace clean and organized Document clearly — photograph any inbound damage and write concise notes for our largely remote design and engineering team Learn light carbon-fiber repair and finishing (sanding, masking, clear-coat polishing) — we teach this; no prior experience needed Speak up early when something looks off — a quiet damaged part becomes an angry customer Who we're looking for Careful — every time. The 40th fragile panel of the day gets the same hands as the first. A sharp eye that notices a hairline crack or a finish flaw others would miss Good hands and the patience to learn a finishing craft from scratch Reliable and on time — in a small shop, attendance matters to the whole team Follows a process without cutting corners, and takes direction well Comfortable with computers and basic hand and power tools A plus: any hands-on or trade background — auto body, detailing, composites, painting, fabrication, even serious scale-model building Why this job (and not the big distribution center down the road) Daytime, weekday schedule. Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Home for dinner. No nights, no weekends, no rotating shifts. Learn a real, marketable craft — carbon-fiber repair and finishing you won't pick up scanning boxes at a 1,000-person warehouse. Variety. You'll learn the whole flow — receiving, inspection, packing, shipping, inventory, repair — not one station forever. Small team, real mentorship. You'll learn directly from experienced people, and your work will be seen. Room to grow as you master the repair side and prove yourself reliable. Details Full-time, hourly (non-exempt)
