Job Description

The Warehouse Associate position is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through warehouse systems, cycle counting and receiving.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrates Schneller values and shares the organizational commitment to ensuring quality products and processes. Safely operates powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and auxiliary equipment to perform position functions. Follows all company policies and procedures, including safety procedures and resolves and reports any unsafe conditions immediately. Maintains safe and clean work areas including warehouses, point of use, non-conforming, experimental, and supply inventories. Organizes inventories for optimal consumption by operations including FIFO. Perform inventory cycle counts and spot counts. Ensures accuracy of inventory location transactions. Coordinates the receiving of purchased items. Maintains accurate documentation to support quality receipt of products. Knowledge of and ability to learn and apply the following: Shipping, receiving practices related to loading and unloading various types of carriers. Documentation related to transportation. Labeling, packaging, and shipping materials Monitor and assist with Shelf-Life process. This may include but is not limited to: Gathering samples, labeling, and moving materials Performs other projects and/or responsibilities as required to support business goals and objectives.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum of three years' experience in a warehousing environment, with demonstrated experience safely operating powered industrial trucks and FIFO warehousing systems.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read documentation and perform basic math. Ability to safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment 8-10 hours per day. Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation (MS Office, barcode systems, ERP). Knowledge of warehouse processes with strong attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures. Willingness to learn new processes and support continuous improvement initiatives. To conform with US export regulations and ITAR 120.15 and EAR Part 772, incumbents for this role must be eligible for any required authorizations from the US government.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to perform the following with or without accommodation: Frequently lift up to 50 lbs. Sit up to 4 hours performing repetitive computer tasks; walk within office/industrial environments. Physical demands (8-10 hour day): Sitting (Occasional), Standing (Constant), Walking (Constant), Lifting up to 50 lbs (Frequent), Bending (Frequent), Climbing (Occasional), Fine Motor Skills (Occasional).
