SIMOS Warehouse Clerk Description The WMS Administrator - Returns owns the system execution and integrity of all returns activity within the operation. This role is responsible for ensuring returned product is processed quickly, accurately, and in alignment with disposition rules to maximize recovery value and protect margin. Returns volume and speed to disposition directly impact profitability. This role ensures there is no gap between what is happening on the floor and what is reflected in the system-eliminating aged returns, inventory inaccuracies, and lost product visibility. Perks & Benefits Casual Dress Code Weekly paychecks Medical / Dental Insurance Paid Time Off Advancement Opportunities Employment Type & Shifts Full Time 1st Shift Job Responsibilities Returns Flow Ownership (Speed + Accuracy) Own end-to-end WMS processing of returns: receipt, inspection, disposition, and system closure Drive real-time system transactions to ensure product is immediately visible and actionable Monitor returns aging and actively manage backlog to protect recovery value Partner with floor leadership to ensure physical flow and system flow remain fully aligned Inventory & Disposition Control (Protect the Dollars) Maintain strict control over returns inventory locations (quarantine, restock, damage, RTV) Ensure accurate and timely dispositioning based on SKU and client rules Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical and system inventory Support targeted cycle counts and audits within returns locations Exception Management (Fix It Fast, Fix It Right) Troubleshoot and resolve WMS errors, stuck transactions, and misaligned inventory Identify recurring breakdowns (process, training, or system) and drive root cause resolution Serve as the primary escalation point for returns-related system issues Qualifications 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, returns processing, or WMS administration Hands-on experience with a WMS platform (ShipHero or similar) Strong understanding of reverse logistics and inventory control High attention to detail with strong follow-through Ability to troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced, live operation Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Drug Test Stand for Shift Duration Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $22.00 - $22.00 per hour.
