Job Description

Job Summary We are hiring a Machine Operator to join our team! This is a great opportunity for candidates with basic experience or a willingness to learn. You will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production, and ensuring quality standards are met.

M-F 6a-2:30pm
Location :
Lebanon, OH Pay:
$17.00/hr Key Responsibilities Operate production machinery according to company procedures Load and unload materials into machines Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation Perform basic quality checks on finished products Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all safety guidelines and work instructions Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors Qualifications Basic machine operating experience preferred, but not required Willingness to learn and be trained Ability to follow instructions and work independently Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and work ethic Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively Work Environment Fast-paced manufacturing or production setting Standing, lifting, and repetitive motion required Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
