Core Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 07:00am - 03:30pm

Operational Requirement:

Must be available for 12-hour days, 7 days per week during peak phases.

Role Overview:

Reporting to the Turnaround Warehouse Manager, this role supports daily warehouse operations and specialized Turnaround (TA) events. Key responsibilities include SAP inventory management, material kitting/staging, and performing Quality Control (QC) inspections to support refinery operations. Key Responsibilities Turnaround (TA)

Management Planning:

Help manage incoming materials/equipment including kitting, tagging, and staging. Coordinate material transfers (pick-ups/returns) with the Main Warehouse.

Execution:

Support TA contractors by issuing materials, recording transfer dates, and resolving material issues in real-time.

Closeout:

Coordinate post-turnaround cleanup, removing unused materials from staging areas and restoring warehouse organization.

Warehouse OperationsInventory Control Systems Management:

Transact all aspects of inventory using SAP (MM/PM modules), IPS, and EDMS. Log receiving info, POs, and staged locations.

QualityInspection:

Perform Positive Material Identification (PMI) and Quality Control (QC) documentation. Inspect materials for defects and manage the Nonconformance Report (NCR) process.

Logistics:

Coordinate with drivers and refinery personnel and perform small package delivery to refinery units and manage non-stock/direct charge items.

Physical Requirements:

Perform cycle counts, kit materials for project schedules, and maintain a high level of housekeeping (5S).
