Monday-Thursday:
4:30 PM•until completion Job Summary We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support daily distribution center operations. This role involves handling inventory, fulfilling orders, and assisting with a temporary conveyor setup, requiring manual handling and scanning of totes to ensure accurate product routing. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise Pick and pack orders accurately using totes for shipment Manually handle and scan totes to determine proper locations during temporary conveyor operations Verify incoming shipments against documentation, report damages or discrepancies Stock shelves and rotate inventory following FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures Process returns and restocks items appropriately Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control procedures Maintain accurate data entry in warehouse management systems (PkMS/ERP) Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and safe Support outbound shipping and order fulfillment operations Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals Requirements Ability to read and understand English (product labels, instructions, documentation) Basic math and computer skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Good communication and teamwork skills Physical ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials Willingness to work overtime and participate in inventory counts Additional Information Role involves working in a temporary setup within a refrigerated environment Candidates must follow all safety procedures and workplace policies PrideGlobal and it's affiliates offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k•retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
