6-Month Contract-to-Hire Position Summary PTS Advance is hiring a Material Handler to support warehouse and manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for receiving, moving, storing, and preparing materials for production while maintaining inventory accuracy and following all safety procedures. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with apany through a contract-to-hire position. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, andanize iing materials and inventory. Pick, pack, and stage materials for production and customer shipments. Transport materials throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with identifying shortages or discrepancies. Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, stand-up lifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners. Use a variety of hand and power tools as needed, including utility knives, drills, tape machines, nailers, saws, and measuring tools. Load and unload trucks while following established safety procedures. Keep work areas clean,anized, andpliant withpany safety standards. Work closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available when needed. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 70 pounds on a repetitive basis. Comfortable climbing ladders and working on your feet throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify parts, inventory issues, and material shortages. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes. Ability to read and interpret work instructions and documentation. Willingness to work overtime or flexible hours as needed. Reliable attendance and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. #INDE Material Handler Forklift Operator/ Machine Operator
