Full-Time Opportunities Available Join Our Dollar Tree Family - Where Hard Work Meets Opportunity We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to join our team at the Dollar Tree Distribution Center in Marengo, Ohio. As a General Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in one of our key departments: Shipping, Receiving, or Order Selection . Schedule and Shifts Hiring for the following shifts: Shift 1-Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:00 pm. ($20.50 hr. base pay) Shift 2-Monday-Friday 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm. ($20.50 hr. base pay + $1.00/hr. shift Premium totaling $21.50/hr.) Shift 3- Sunday-Thursday 11:00 pm-7:00 am ($20.50 hr. base pay + $1.50/hr. shift Premium totaling $22.00/hr.) Shift 4- Saturday and Sunday 6am-6:30pm + Two 8-hour Shifts during the week. ($20.50 hr. base pay + $1.50/hr. shift Premium totaling $22.00/hr.) •Shifts and Positions are subject to availability and business needs•

What You'll Do:

Receiving Department:

Unload trailers, check in product, and palletize merchandise all while keeping our warehouse clean and safe. Meet production goals

Shipping Department:

Load trailers efficiently by stacking boxes from the conveyor line into trailers all while keeping our warehouse clean and safe. Meet production goals.

Order Selection Department:

Use a voice-pick headset system to select boxes Place labels on boxes and move them to the conveyor belt all while keeping our warehouse clean and safe Meet production goals.

What You Bring:

No certifications required - just a strong work ethic. Safety Mindset - 100% Commitment. Ability to lift 50-70 lbs. Lift up to 500 boxes or more per hour. Previous warehouse experience, preferred, not required. Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for 8-12 hours per shift. Reliable attendance and transportation. Dependability and team spirit.
