About Us C.M. Paula Consumer Products Division is a growing consumer products company committed to delivering quality products and outstanding service to our customers. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. Position Summary As a Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist, you'll play an important role in both our warehouse and production operations. You'll help ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed, labeled, assembled, and shipped while maintaining quality and safety standards. This position offers a variety of responsibilities and the opportunity to learn multiple aspects of our operation. Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for key account and specialty customers.
- Process USPS shipments and manage daily company mail.
- Work closely with the Shipping Lead to complete daily priorities and special projects.
- Support production operations, including: o Product labeling o Repackaging o Light assembly
- Assist with inventory organization and inventory accuracy.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment and hand tools.
- Palletize products and prepare shipments as needed.
- Follow established quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills; experience with warehouse management systems is helpful.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
- Available to work Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime as needed. Benefits
