!) Job Description We are seeking dedicated and skilled General Laborers to join our team in building internal conduit structures. This role involves overseeing the concrete casting process to ensure accuracy, cleaning and preparing steel forms to specifications, cutting and joining PVC conduits for spacing maintenance, fabricating and securing cages for unit reinforcement, and installing anchors and pins into units. Employees will go up to $26-27/hr. after 2 weeks at a piece rate. There are employees on track to making $100,000 this year. This is a direct long-term placement. Apply Today!   • Responsibilities Build internal conduit structures.
Oversee concrete casting process to ensure it is poured correctly. Clean and prepare steel forms to specification. Cut and join PVC conduits to maintain spacing. Fabricate and secure cages and assemblies to reinforce units. Install anchors and pins into units. Why Work Here? Work Environment Our manufacturing facility spans 200,000 square feet and is not climate-controlled, resulting in a dusty and dirty environment due to ongoing concrete pouring. The facility operates with flexible shift times based on performance and unit orders, with options for day shifts and no mandatory overtime beyond 10 hours. Orientation typically occurs at 8am, with shifts ending once units are built, approved, and cleaned. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Massillon, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $41600.00
  • $85000.00/yr. Piece rate pay opportunity after first week of training (rates depend on size of pieces and builds but typically will average to a $26
  • 27 rate Flexible schedule as long as employees are keeping up with what they need to do
  • if an employee completes their builds for the day they are free to leave if they want Employees are eligible for a full benefits package after 90 days (vision/medical/dental) PTO available after a year of employment Will have 401k offering in 2027 Employees will have access to uniforms after 30 days Referral bonus totaling $500 ($250 after 60 days, $250 after the next 60) Duct Bank One is in growth mode and employees have the opportunity to join now and build Company does not do layoffs in the winter Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Massillon,OH.
