Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated General Laborer to support daily operations in our powder coating manufacturing facility. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing. The General Laborer will assist with material handling, part preparation, cleaning, and general shop support while following all safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Load, unload, and move parts and materials throughout the facility. Prepare parts for powder coating (hanging, masking, cleaning, and inspecting). Assist with packing, labeling, and staging finished products. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE Complete other duties as assigned. Requirements No prior manufacturing experience required (training provided) Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Willingness to learn and follow instructions Strong attention to detail and safety Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment
