Shift:

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM $18-$20/hour (based on experience) Full-Time | In-PersonInova Staffing is currently seeking a detail-oriented General Labor / Production Associate to join a growing production team. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who takes pride in quality work and enjoys being part of a team-focused environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Read and interpret assembly instructionsAssemble components accurately and efficiently to meet production goalsMaintain a clean and organized work areaWork closely with team members to support production needsFollow all safety procedures and company guidelinesParticipate in training and assist with other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or GEDPrevious experience in a manufacturing or production environmentAbility to read and follow written instructionsStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityGood hand-eye coordinationBasic math skills and ability to use measuring toolsReliable, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
