Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading/unloading trucks and transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage routes efficiently. The Delivery Driver will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction through prompt service and professionalism. Duties Operate delivery vehicles, including vans and trucks, in a safe and responsible manner. Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Navigate assigned routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding delivery status and any issues encountered on the route. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any required documentation. Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients upon delivery. Experience Previous experience working in warehouse operations or delivery driver is preferred. Familiarity with route driving and navigation tools is advantageous. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
