Responsibilities:

Logistics & Material Handling:

Execute product breakdown, put-away, item consolidation, and pallet building.

Shipping & Receiving:

Unload, crate, and prepare products for receiving; pick, palletize, and load products for shipment.

Leadership & Mentorship:

Act as a role model by mentoring and guiding other associates in preferred work methods.

Inventory Integrity:

Count inventory in assigned areas and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy.

Operational Oversight:

Perform shift-related duties during supervisor absences and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Safety & Compliance:

Maintain a safe workspace by following

OSHA/MSDS

regulations, attending safety meetings, and reporting any injuries or violations. Must be able to lift 50 pounds using proper techniques. Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Frequent twisting, stooping, squatting, crouching, and reaching above shoulder level. Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including stretch wrap machines, banding tools, and RF scanners.

Pallet Jacks Education:

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 12 months in a Warehouse Associate role with a proven track record of high performance.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in operating all powered equipment (excluding clamp attachments) and navigating handheld scanning computers.

Core Skills:

Basic math skills for accurate counting/multiplication and strong interpersonal communication.

Problem Solving:

Ability to use judgment to resolve problems and make recommendations on complex tasks'.

Education:
