We need Warehouse Associate workers who can move freight with speed, accuracy, and safety — and get paid every week. Job Duties Process freight documentation and maintain audit-ready shipping records Manage international small parcel and pallet shipments using shipping software Prepare and verify export documentation including invoices and packing lists Ensure shipments comply with international shipping guidelines and regulations Maintain knowledge of IATA, IMDG, and

hazardous materials regulations Coordinate with customers and freight forwarders for booking and shipment tracking Monitor and manage inventory levels and warehouse accuracy Respond to customer service requests and resolve shipping or logistics issues Support warehouse operations and KPI performance goals Follow all safety, compliance, and company policies Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ years of experience in a shipping/receiving or assembly role Familiarity with ERP systems and shipping software Knowledge of hazardous materials shipping regulations preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse tasks Frequent standing, bending, and material handling Exposure to warehouse equipment and materials Requires strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Benefits Cha-Ching — solid pay that hits hard and fast.
