DAILY DUTIES

Process domestic and international shipments including small parcel and pallet freight. Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and required compliance documents. Ensure shipment details match all export documentation and shipping requirements . Process freight documentation and maintain auditable shipping records . Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations (IATA, IMDG, DOT/49 CFR) . Communicate with freight forwarders and customers to coordinate transportation bookings. Manage inventory levels and warehouse stock accuracy . Respond to customer service requests and shipment inquiries . Support warehouse operations including material handling and order fulfillment . Maintain productivity standards while following safety and quality procedures .

REQUIREMENTS

Warehouse experience, receiving orders, picking parts to finish assembly Basic parts assembly/preparing materials for shipping Solid job tenure #IND1
