Driving Manufacturing Full Job Description Warehouse/Insulation Lamination Team Member Objective:

Perform general warehouse duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager. Work with the Lead Operator for our insulation lamination process to produce high-quality laminated insulation. Essential Job Functions Efficiently perform tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager. Meet Project Deadlines Maintain a clean, safe workspace. Perform consistent quality control. Load/Unload trucks as needed in the warehouse. Safely drive a forklift when needed. Willing to help in all areas needed in the warehouse. Competencies Understanding customer needs Ability to make accurate judgments and decisions. Time management Technical experience Basic math Basic computer skills Requirements High School Diploma or GED Minimum of one year of related experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Experience with machinery preferred. Ability to accurately read a tape measure and other measuring devices. Aptitude to comprehend instructions through oral, written, or diagram form. Physical Requirements Lifting up to 50 lbs. Handling bulky product Standing for long periods of time
