Box Truck Driver Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM•8:00 PM (Flexibility required for early start times based on delivery needs)

Pay:

$18•$22/hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated Bilingual (Spanish/English) Warehouse Associate / Box Truck Driver to join our team. The primary focus of this role is warehouse operations; however, this individual will also serve as a backup driver when needed, including covering call-offs or supporting additional delivery routes. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, following instructions, and handling physical tasks throughout the day, while also being confident operating a 26-foot box truck when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain warehouse inventory Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Build and stage pallets for outgoing shipments Read and follow work orders for accurate picking and preparation Prepare products for shipment according to company standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Fill in as a delivery driver when needed Operate a 26-foot box truck for deliveries when required Ensure accurate and timely deliveries

Qualifications:

Bilingual (Spanish/English) required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy products Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early start times Valid driver's license with at least 5 years of driving history Experience operating a 26-foot box truck preferred Basic DOT knowledge required Must have a valid DOT card Must be willing to complete a drug screening
