Company Overview Aesthetic Finishers Inc is a family-owned finishing job shop established in 1994, specializing in powder coating, ceramic header coating, firearms coating, media blasting, and screen and pad printing. We are committed to delivering high-quality surface finishing solutions with a focus on precision and craftsmanship. Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Laser Load/Unloader Material Handler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading materials onto laser cutting machines, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining safety standards. Your expertise will help us uphold our commitment to quality and productivity in a fast-paced environment. Duties Safely load raw sheet metal or components onto CNC laser cutting machines using appropriate tools and equipment Unload finished parts from laser machines, inspecting for quality and accuracy Operate forklifts and cranes to move heavy materials and finished products within the facility Assist in preparing materials by verifying dimensions using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Conduct basic quality inspections to ensure parts meet blueprint specifications and tolerances Collaborate with team members to coordinate material flow and meet production schedules Requirements Proven experience with forklift operation, crane handling, or material movement in a manufacturing setting Knowledge of CNC laser cutting processes, programming, or setup is a plus Familiarity with blueprint reading, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and mechanical drawings Basic math skills for measuring and verifying dimensions accurately Mechanical knowledge related to fabrication, tooling, welding, and machining processes Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments effectively Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards and quality assurance Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks Join our team to be part of a company that values craftsmanship, safety, and continuous improvement.
