JOB SUMMARY
As an Inventory Material Handler at LogistiQ, you will play a key role in supporting efficient manufacturing operations by maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring timely material flow, and keeping production work cells fully stocked. This role is critical to keeping operations running smoothly and safely.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following: Perform regular cycle counts to verify inventory levels and maintain system accuracy. Stock production work cells with required materials and components to support continuous assembly operations. Monitor material usage at workstations and replenish as needed to minimize downtime. Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts, carts) to move inventory safely and efficiently throughout the facility. Ensure proper labeling and storage of inventory in designated locations. Pick, stage, and issue materials based on production pick lists. Return and properly handle unused or excess materials from work centers. Conduct regular area sweeps to ensure parts and materials are properly stored and work areas are tidy. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work environment. Process inventory returns and transfers, updating records accurately in the ERP system. Perform data entry and recordkeeping to ensure accurate tracking of inventory transactions. Collaborate closely with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and inventory accuracy. Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Understanding of inventory control and warehouse procedures. Experience with or willingness to learn material handling equipment (forklift certification a plus). Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure production environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using ERP systems. Good basic math skills and fluency in English (reading/writing). Successful completion of 90-day probationary period.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment preferred.
