We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working General Laborer - Machine Operator to support our production process. Machine Operator Key Responsibilities Material Handling:

Load and unload steel and aluminum materials via overhead/jib crane or manually.

Machine Operation:

Operate machines such as CNC saws, press brakes, lasers, and robotic systems according to engineering specifications.

Grinding and Cleaning:

Grind and clean materials as specified by engineering and production schedules.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, bend, and hold materials in place when needed.

Quality Control:

Measure, inspect, and ensure materials meet quality standards before release to end-users. Correct any inconsistencies as needed.

Work Area Maintenance:

Ensure that work areas and equipment remain clean and organized to support efficient and safe operations.

Adaptability:

Follow instructions accurately and adjust quickly to the fast-paced, dynamic production environment.

Additional Duties:

Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. General Laborer - Machine Operator Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Must be physically capable of handling heavy materials and maintaining a fast-paced work pace Strong mechanical ability and attention to detail Ability to follow directions and work effectively within a team environment Positive attitude, good attendance, and a commitment to safety Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
