Job Description

Material Handler Pay rate: $20.00-21.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 7:00AM-11:00AM plus OT opportunities
Location:
Seville, OH 44273 Job Summary The Material Handler maintains accurate inventory records and supports uninterrupted production by pulling, staging, and preparing materials and engines. This role also performs cycle counts, investigates discrepancies, and helps maintain an organized and clean facility. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Pull, stage, and prepare parts and engines to support uninterrupted production. Update work orders and maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems. Maintain clean, organized staging and storage areas. Operate lift trucks and hand trucks to move materials safely. Create and maintain inventory locations, labels, and barcoding. Perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and process inventory adjustments. Coordinate with Purchasing and Shipping & Receiving teams. Manage waste removal and dumpster coordination. Perform painting and other assigned duties as needed. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong communication skills and professional etiquette. Ability to work cooperatively and courteously with team members and the public. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. Demonstrated competency with computers and Microsoft Excel. Ability to operate standard office equipment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong work ethic and excellent attendance record.
