Full-Time We are looking for a dependable, hardworking General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position that supports multiple areas of our operation. The ideal candidate is someone who is willing to learn, work as part of a team, and help wherever needed throughout the shop and yard. This position may include cutting and preparing parts, assisting welders and production employees, moving and organizing materials, performing outdoor yard work, and helping with general manufacturing tasks. Responsibilities Cut, prepare, and organize parts and materials for production. Assist welders and other production employees as needed. Help move, stage, load, and organize steel, parts, and other materials. Perform general labor and production support throughout the facility. Perform outdoor yard work, including organizing and moving materials. Operate machinery and equipment when properly trained and authorized. Operate a forklift when trained and authorized. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Assist with general housekeeping and facility needs. Follow all company safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements. Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather and environmental conditions. Perform other duties as assigned based on production needs. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing, industrial, construction, or general labor experience preferred, but not required. Experience using basic hand and power tools is preferred. Forklift experience is a plus. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions. Must be dependable and maintain good attendance. Must be willing to learn and work in different areas as needed. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in hot, cold, humid, or wet conditions. Must wear required PPE, including steel-toe footwear and hearing protection. Schedule Full-time position. Overtime, weekends, or holidays may be required depending on production needs. $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
