Job Description

Job Title:
Chemical Operator/Material Handler Individuals will work with plant manager and supervisor to help produce finished goods in a timely manner that meet quality specifications. This includes general labor activities such as lifting object (50lbs), climbing ladders, operating a forklift, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute duties as assigned by the plant manager Ability to operate forklift to transport raw materials and finished goods between warehouses Safely handle hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals during repackaging processes Repackaging chemical material from one container to another Blending of chemical components to create finished product Safely offloading and Loading tanker trucks using unloading hoses and pumps Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards. Ability to meet physical demands of a fast-paced work environment. Good reading and writing skills to complete necessary paperwork for job duties Maintain a clean and operable work environment
Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods of time Forklift Certified Preferred Be able to work well with others Wear Tyvek suit and respirator Ability to read, write and follow instructions, and work independently with little guidance Work afternoon shift after probational period Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team-oriented work environment. Report to work on time and ready to work every scheduled shift. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes and equipment. Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure efficient production. Show flexibility by assisting in other production or warehouse areas as needed. Perform tasks with attention to detail while maintaining productivity and accuracy.

$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
