Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on, reliable, and detail-oriented Field Service Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Bitcoin ATM machines across various locations. This role is primarily field-based (80-90%) , requiring travel, technical problem-solving, and direct interaction with clients. Additionally, the technician will provide occasional warehouse support (10-20%) , assisting with inventory handling and logistics operations. Key ResponsibilitiesField Service (Primary Focus - 80-90%) Install, secure, and commission Bitcoin ATM machines at merchant locations. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and system functionality checks. Diagnose technical issues and execute repairs or part replacements. Safely transport ATMs using a company vehicle (van with lift gate). Drill, mount, and secure machines in compliance with safety standards. Communicate professionally with merchants, explaining services performed. Manage service routes efficiently and work independently in the field. Document service activities, issues, and resolutions accurately. Warehouse Support (Secondary - 10-20%) Receive, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory. Load and unload Bitcoin ATM machines (up to 75 lbs). Prepare outbound shipments and process incoming deliveries. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards. Track inventory, materials, and equipment using basic systems. Support logistics and ad-hoc operational tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in field service, technical support, or warehouse/logistics preferred. Basic technical skills and ability to use tools (drill, impact driver, ratchets, screwdrivers, etc.). Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy equipment (50-75 lbs). Comfortable with physically demanding tasks (kneeling, bending, lifting). Experience operating pallet jacks, dollies, or forklifts (a plus). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license with a clean record (must be 21+). Willingness to travel long distances frequently and work occasional weekends. Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory tracking.

Bilingual:
