Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to meet productivity and performance goals in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn warehouse systems and equipment operation Comfortable using RF scanners, computers, and inventory tracking systems Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed

Job Duties:

Replenish inventory to designated warehouse locations Pick, pack, and prepare orders for same-day air and FedEx shipments Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipment details for accuracy Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and orders Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Meet daily production, quality, and performance standards Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines Operate warehouse equipment and obtain certification on powered industrial equipment as needed Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned Life's messy sometimes.
