Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Lead Associate with strong experience in HVAC and plumbing to support our growing commercial installation team. This role is key to our success; you'll collaborate closely with our lead estimator, project managers, and the procurement team to ensure our operations run smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Receiving & Inventory Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect for damage Accurately enter received goods into inventory systems Label and store materials in designated warehouse locations Communicate discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors Tool Crib Management Issue and track tools, equipment, and supplies to employees Maintain accurate records of tool usage, returns, and condition Perform routine audits of tool inventory Ensure tools are clean, organized, and in good working condition Stock & Warehouse Duties Maintain organized stock levels and storage areas Perform cycle counts and assist with full inventory counts Replenish stock as needed to support operations Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Vehicle Maintenance Records Maintain and update records for all company vehicles, including service history, inspections, and repairs Coordinate with vendors or internal staff for vehicle repairs and maintenance Keep organized digital and/or physical files for all fleet documentation

Starting salary in the range of $22.50 - $27.50 per hour, based on experience.

What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED Forklift certified Clean driving record 2+ years of warehouse experience Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, ductwork, piping, and construction drawings. Proficiency with computer software (e.g., Service Titan, Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams). Comfort with technology and a willingness to adopt new tools, including AI-driven systems that enhance accuracy and workflow efficiency. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Continually required to stand, walk, sit and utilize hand and finger dexterity. Continually required to talk or hear. Continually required lift and/or move over 50 pounds
