General Laborer Job Description Join a dynamic building product manufacturer as a General Laborer in the glazing department, where you will play a crucial role in material handling and window preparation, including tasks such as caulking. This full-time position operates on the first shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime starting as early as 4:30 AM. Responsibilities Handle materials efficiently and safely. Perform preparatory work for windows, such as caulking. Utilize hand and power tools, such as saws and drills, for various tasks. Read and interpret blueprints and instructions accurately. Work collaboratively with a team to meet production goals. Essential Skills Mechanical aptitude. Ability to accurately read a tape measure. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with carpentry, caulking, and glazing. Familiarity with framing and metal fabrication. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
