Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborers to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift with the possibility to eventually go on 1st. This role involves supporting daily operations within a busy factory environment, assisting with various physical tasks, and ensuring smooth production processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working in manufacturing settings, possess mechanical aptitude, and be comfortable using hand tools and power tools. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in assembly, warehouse operations, and equipment handling. Machining skills a plus. Tow motor a plus. Position also has bonuses, OT & great benefits. Duties Assist with assembly line operations by loading, unloading, and organizing materials Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move products and supplies Use hand tools and power tools for assembly, maintenance, and repair tasks Support manufacturing processes by preparing materials and components for production Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the factory or warehouse environment Assist with inventory management and stock organization Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment Requirements Prior experience in manufacturing, factory work, or warehouse environments preferred Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with assembly line processes beneficial Ability to operate forklifts (a plus) and use hand tools or power tools effectively Strong physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Must be able to lift 50 lbs continuously throughout day Experience with manufacturing or assembly work is advantageous Ability to work well independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Commitment to safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment
