Afton, OK Relocating soon to our new facility in Grove, OK What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Climate-controlled warehouse environment Flexible scheduling options Employee merchandise discounts Paid holidays (full-time employees) Paid vacation (full-time employees) Opportunities for advancement within a growing company Stable, year-round employment Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, label, and stock incoming merchandise Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Maintain inventory accuracy and organization throughout the warehouse Assist with inventory counts and inventory control procedures Process transfers, damages, returns, and defective merchandise Follow shipping procedures to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals Assist with other warehouse and operational duties as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Effective communication and teamwork skills Basic computer skills and comfort learning shipping and inventory software Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or inventory experience is a plus, but not required Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday Who Succeeds in This Role?
