What You Will Do Ensure materials and work orders move efficiently through the facility to support production Partner with the materials department to reduce inventory and improve material flow Support production control activities and maintain accurate inventory movement Assist with scheduling efforts to optimize manufacturing processes and resource utilization Work closely with managers and production teams to ensure materials and tooling are available when needed Organize, stage, and prepare materials to keep operations running efficiently Utilize RF scanners to maintain accurate inventory records Perform unloading, loading, shipping, and receiving duties What You Bring Hands-on material handling experience Strong inventory management skills Forklift operation experience Experience working in a manufacturing environment Ability to move throughout the facility, including using stairs Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Preferred Qualifications Two or more years of material handling experience in a manufacturing setting Experience using RF scanning systems Why You Will Love Working Here The company is committed to investing in its people and offers competitive benefits, including healthcare coverage shortly after your start date, a 401(k) with a 50 percent company match up to 3 percent, and real opportunities for advancement and long-term career growth. Work Environment and Schedule You will work in a clean, climate-controlled facility designed for comfort and efficiency. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts during peak business periods. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Claremore, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
