Job Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a General Laborer, where your energy and dedication will drive production excellence! In this vital role, you will support the manufacturing process by performing a variety of hands-on tasks that keep the factory running smoothly. Your mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn will contribute directly to creating high-quality products in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in manufacturing operations while being an essential part of a collaborative team committed to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Duties Assist with assembly line operations by loading, unloading, and organizing materials and components Operate hand tools and power tools safely to assemble parts or perform routine maintenance Use forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move raw materials and finished goods within the facility Support the setup and breakdown of manufacturing stations, ensuring all safety protocols are followed Conduct quality checks on products and report any defects or issues promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote a safe and efficient environment Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve workflow processes Qualifications Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly processes is a plus Experience operating forklifts, power tools, and hand tools is desirable; certification is a bonus Warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous Ability to stand, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards Willingness to learn new skills and adapt in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating top-tier products while building your career in manufacturing!
