• As an

ASPHALT PLANT LABORER

, you'll be:

• Operating hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments.
• Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials.
• Helping equipment operators and other skilled labor when necessary.
• Loading, unloading, or identifying building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications.
• Perform site activities required of green certified construction/production practices, such as implementing waste management procedures, identifying materials for reuse, or installing erosion or sedimentation control mechanisms.
• Performing site clean-up.

As an

ASPHALT PLANT LABORER

, you'll need:

• To be at least 18 years of age
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Basic mathematical skills
• Experience as a general laborer in the construction industry.
• To demonstrate excellent safety awareness, and a willingness to comply with company policies and safety standards.
• Reliable transportation. Some nights, weekends an overtime hours are expected.
• Project a positive and cooperative attitude by maintaining courteous, professional conduct with supervisors, co-workers, customers and the public.

Shifts can range anywhere from 40 hours a week in the slower months to 60 hours a week in the busier summer months. Are you willing and able to work this schedule? You have the option of commuting in a personal vehicle to Weatherford, OK, or you can receive company transportation from our Oklahoma City location to Weatherford, OK.
